The Following general rates will apply to all applicable services during business hours,which are between 8:00am to 6:00pm local, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.Unless otherwise agreed upon in individual addendum:
- A rate of $145 per hour will be charged for technician level support.
- A rate of $195 per hour will be charged for engineer level support.
- A rate of $250 per hour will be charged for all training.
- A rate of $225 per hour will be charged for all project management.
- A rate of $450 per hour will be charged for CTO, CISO, CSO, CCO services.
- A rate of $500 per hour will be charged for consulting with our CEO.
- A rate of $50 per recording will be charged for voiceover services.
- A rate of $125 per new VoIP phone setup.
- A rate of $25 per hard drive destruction.
- A rate of $375 per computer will be charged for all New Computer Setup.
- A rate of $495 per hour for incident Response.
- After hours it will be billed at a time and a half the normal billable rate.

- All onsite work is billed at minimum of two (2) hours & then fifteen (15) minutes increments after that, if not under Managed Service contract that includes onsite support.
